Executive Director
Herbert is the founder of Warm Elders. With extensive experience in using and maintaining chainsaws and heavy equipment, Herbert excels in coordinating people and resources efficiently. He is passionate about networking and reaching out to new collaborators to expand our mission.
Matt Cozart
President
Matt's expertise with non-profits and background in the fire department, along with his past partnerships with the Bureau of Land Management and Forestry Department, make him an ideal leader for our organization. His genuine love and empathy for others guide our efforts during these formative stages.
Teresa Warren

Teresa's experience as a volunteer and leader in organizing firewood distribution has been vital to our success. She has brought services and connections to the community, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
